Our Loyalty Rewards
Whenever you purchase selected treatments or products at Body & Skin you’ll earn loyalty points. Your points are valid for 12 months and are automatically recorded in our computer programme.
You can redeem your points once you hit our qualifying level and use them to pay for treatments Monday - Wednesday 9-5pm. NB: Points are not available on IPL, Injectable services or special promotions.

General Information
Please arrive at the Spa ten minutes before your treatment for facial treatments, body treatments or packages.
This allows time to complete your consultation card without cutting in to your treatment time.
As it is our objective to run on time for all of our appointments, we ask that you arrive on time to avoid having your treatment time reduced.
Cancellation Policy
As we often have to turn clients away due to the high demand for our services, we request your assistance in giving us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
We will always endeavour to rebook the space to avoid charging cancellation fees, but if this is not possible, the following charges apply:
For cancellations or changes of bookings of 30 minutes or longer within 24 hours, a 25% cancellation applies.
For all bookings for two people or more and package bookings, a credit card number is required to secure your booking and a 50% cancellation applies if cancelled or changed within 48 hours.
