Our gift certificates allow you to choose a treatment or dollar value which then allows the recipient to have choice of any of our beauty treatments. You can also select a specific treatment as a gift.
Each gift certificate is bowed in a lovely soft organza ribbon to complete the perfect gift.
Come in or call us to organize your gift certificate. For an extra fee we can have your gift delivered direct to the recipient.
General Information
Please arrive at the Spa ten minutes before your treatment for facial treatments, body treatments or packages.
This allows time to complete your consultation card without cutting in to your treatment time.
As it is our objective to run on time for all of our appointments, we ask that you arrive on time to avoid having your treatment time reduced.
Cancellation Policy
As we often have to turn clients away due to the high demand for our services, we request your assistance in giving us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
We will always endeavour to rebook the space to avoid charging cancellation fees, but if this is not possible, the following charges apply:
For cancellations or changes of bookings of 30 minutes or longer within 24 hours, a 25% cancellation applies.
For all bookings for two people or more and package bookings, a credit card number is required to secure your booking and a 50% cancellation applies if cancelled or changed within 48 hours.
