Lauren Bradley
Lauren is the owner of Body & Skin. She is a fully qualified IPL technician and has been accredited with an exclusive IPL Safety & Clinical certificate from the Institute of Aesthetic Technology. She studied with the Wellington School of Beauty Therapy and has a Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology Diploma.
Lauren started at Beauty & Skin as a manger and when the opportunity arose to purchase the business, she did not hesitate. The tranquil and luxurious décor and ambience is Lauren’s creation, something she is very proud of. She believes treatments are not just about your skin; they are about giving you a place to unwind, rejuvenate, and step back into the world calmer and more confident.

General Information
Please arrive at the Spa ten minutes before your treatment for facial treatments, body treatments or packages.
This allows time to complete your consultation card without cutting in to your treatment time.
As it is our objective to run on time for all of our appointments, we ask that you arrive on time to avoid having your treatment time reduced.
Cancellation Policy
As we often have to turn clients away due to the high demand for our services, we request your assistance in giving us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
We will always endeavour to rebook the space to avoid charging cancellation fees, but if this is not possible, the following charges apply:
For cancellations or changes of bookings of 30 minutes or longer within 24 hours, a 25% cancellation applies.
For all bookings for two people or more and package bookings, a credit card number is required to secure your booking and a 50% cancellation applies if cancelled or changed within 48 hours.
